Notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt via support@illumimasks.com. Send the product to the provided return address no later than 14 days after that notice.

The customer pays the direct return postage and packaging costs. Use tracked shipping and keep proof of dispatch; return risk remains with you until receipt.

Inspection is fine.
Use is not.

For a full refund, the mask must be clean, complete, undamaged and unused. You may only handle it as far as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, fit and operation, as would be possible in a shop. Briefly and carefully checking the fit and light modes is permitted; wearing or using it at a party, photo shoot, event or any other occasion is not.

• Return the mask, controller, cable, batteries and every received part complete.
• Pack the product safely and include all product packaging and protective parts.
• Make-up, sweat, skincare or hair products, odour, smoke, dirt, scratches, bent light wire, cable damage or missing parts count as use or loss of value.
• Use on even one occasion can make the product unsuitable for resale.
• Every return is inspected and its condition is documented upon receipt.

We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, but may wait until receiving the product or valid proof of dispatch. Original standard delivery is refunded; extra costs for a more expensive delivery choice are not.

A wrong or defective delivered product is assessed separately. For a confirmed issue, Illumi Masks bears the necessary return costs.
